The Assignment
- Welltower sought a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Report that would tell their story and demonstrate their leadership in ESG.
- The Report needed to build on previous years’ reports, while effectively showing Welltower’s progress and growth.
The Solution
RE Tech utilized a collaborative process with Welltower to develop an impactful stakeholder engagement product, including:
- Developing a preliminary outline that mapped out content and messaging.
- Refined outline and drafted full content, working through multiple iterations with the Welltower team.
- Implementing compelling graphic design and use of imagery to reinforce major themes and accomplishments of the Welltower ESG program.
